The transition from a teenager to an adult is a great time filled with growth, exploration, and fun. It can also be stressful, as you’re taking next steps in your career and education, handling increased responsibilities, and navigating changes in your relationship with parents, partners, and friends. I’m here to support in establishing healthy boundary’s, foster their inner voice, and make transformative positive changes by helping to finding the answers in themselves.
Teenagers
12 - 19
The teenage years are filled with excitement and monumental fast-moving change. I am here to support teens as they navigate their sense of self and their place in the world, and the sometimes-overwhelming idea of the future. I help teenagers with their sense of self-esteem, boundary setting, anxiety, finding identity, perfectionism, stress, friendship issues and more.
Parents of Teenagers
Witnessing your child grow up can be a miraculous thing. It is also a very delicate time for the relationship between teenagers and their parents. Feelings of losing control, separation anxiety, worries about their development and difficulties communicating can be part of it. I'm here to help understand the current dynamics, explore the parents own history and the effect it has on the present relashionship.

20s & 30s
